Matthias is the driving force behind the project. As founder and managing director, he leads the development of the VR wheelchair simulator and brings his vision of a more inclusive experience for wheelchair users into reality. With an eye for technical innovation and a heart for social justice, he is the head of the team.

Matthias' father Johannes plays an important role as a motivator and supporter. With his positive attitude and tireless drive, he has accompanied the project from the beginning and encouraged Matthias to follow this path. His experience and wisdom bring stability to the team.

Sabine, Matthias' stepmother, lives with primary lateral sclerosis herself and is the inspiration for the entire project. Her experiences in a wheelchair and the hurdles she overcomes every day gave birth to the idea for the VR wheelchair simulator. As the person who came up with the idea, she played a key role in putting the needs of the users at the center of the project.
